Organic virgin borage oil naturally contains essential fatty acids (E.F.A.) with a minimum of 16% gamma-linolenic acid and 30% linoleic acid. Directions: 3 capsules per day to be taken with meals. The 200-capsule jar provides a complete course of treatment for about 2 months. To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
