DESCRIPTION
Tapenade accompany every meals, and hors d’oeuvre. It is served like caviar on buttered toasts. I can be stuffed into raw tomatoes, and is often used in salads and vegetables. It goes better with hot ad cold meats than a condiment. Tapenade brings flavours and energy that olive offers.
