This oil is cold extracted from olives of the Aglandau variety, named after its shape, which ressembles an acorn, and is very typical because of its pulpy flesh which offers an olive oil reknown for its smoothness.
The unique terroir in Haute-Provence gives this character oil fruity notes. Cultivated on the olive plantation of Laurent Tellier family, at 800m altitude, these olives have been selected by Emile Noël for their exceptional quality, as testifies their intense taste of freshly cut grass.
Recommended for all mediterranean type seasonings. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids (83g per 100g). Naturally contains Omega 9 (73g for 100g).
