Emile Noël selected the know-how of an artisan oil mill to produce this olive oil issued from Picholine, a typical olive variety from the Gard region, full-bodied and slightly peppery.
This oil is at its own image and contrasts with its fruity aromas, characterized by herbaceous notes, pineapple, yellow plum and raw artichoke.
