This olive oil has been produced from the Aglandau variety of olives, named after its shape, which ressembles an acorn, and is very typical because of its pulpy flesh which offers an olive oil reknown for its smoothness.
Cultivated on the olive plantation of Laurent Tellier family, situated in the heart of Haute-Provence, at 800m altitude, these olives have been selected by Emile Noël for their exceptional quality, as testifies their intense taste of freshly cut grass.
