Salsa of pineapple and mango
- ¼ pineapple, diced
- ½ mango, diced
- ½ diced onion
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped coriander
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped chives
– In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango and onion.
– Add coriander, chives and ginger.
– Sprinkle with curry powder.
– Season with pepper.
– Finally, mix everything with the Emile Noël Fruity Green Olive Oil.
– Mix gently to avoid damaging the fruit.
– Cover and leave 1 hour in the fridge.
