Marinated Goat Cheese
- 4 small goat cheeses
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
– Cut the goats into small cubes and place them in the jar.
– Add the herbs, salt and pepper.
– Pour in the Olive oil de la Finca to fill the jar, stopping just above the goat’s cheese.
– Serve to taste with cocktail sticks for the cubes of goat cheese.
The herbs can be replaced other aromatic herbs according to the seasons (basil, fennel, coriander, garlic cloves, capers)
