– Blend the cooked chickpeas, liquid cream and garlic in a blender.
– Add cumin, salt and pepper.

– Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
– Garnish with slices of lemon.
Serve accompanied by Lebanese or Greek “pitta” type bread rolls, previously heated. Or simply carrots.
