INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of cooked chickpeas
  • 6 tablespoons soy liquid cream (or low-fat liquid cream)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puréed
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin

PREPARATION

– Blend the cooked chickpeas, liquid cream and garlic in a blender.
– Add cumin, salt and pepper.
– Mix everything together by adding the Emile Noël organic lemon juice and Emile Noël organic sesame oil.
– Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
– Garnish with slices of lemon.

Tip
Serve accompanied by Lebanese or Greek “pitta” type bread rolls, previously heated. Or simply carrots.
