INGREDIENTS

  • 200gm whole almonds
  • 400 gm dates
  • 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp of almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

PREPARATION

– Put the almonds in the mixer
– Grind until they are well crushed
– Add the dates, coconut oil and grind again until you get
a smooth paste
– Add the almond butter and cocoa
– Grind again
– Take a table spoon of the paste and make balls using your
hands
– Leave it in the freezer for 30 min before consuming
