Home made Granola: Hazel nuts & Cranberry
- 75 g of small oat flakes
- 75 g of big oat flakes
- 1 generous handful of hazelnuts
– Crush the hazelnuts.
– Mix all the ingredients.
– Spread finely on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
– Cook for 15-20 minutes at 160° by checking frequently
– Let it cool then keep in an airtight bottle.

Replace agave syrup with acacia honey (GI)
