Goat cheese, fig and prune toasts
- 1 rustic loaf sliced
- 3 fresh goat cheeses
- 100 g of fig jam
– Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas 7).
– Brush the slices of bread with the walnut oil.
– Sprinkle them with the fleur de sel and put them under the griller.
– In the meantime, finely chop the prunes.
– Spread the toasted slices with fromage frais.
– Lightly cover that with fig jam and sprinkle over the chopped prunes
– Return to the griller for 5 minutes.
– Serve hot.
