Chicory leaves with yoghurt dressing
- 4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- Chopped herbs (parsley, coriander)
- 2 small s shallots
– Mix yoghurt, herbs and shallots.
– Add unfiltered Emile Noël olive oil and traditional Emile Noël mustard.
– Season with pepper.
– Arrange all on the chicory leaves.
