- 100g of figs
- 50g of blueberries
- 100g frozen raspberries
– Mix the fresh (figs and blueberries) and frozen (raspberries) fruits in a blender with the milk and Emile Noël organic toasted cashew nut oil.
– Pour everything into a bowl.
– Garnish with fresh fruit and a few crushed cashews (optional).
