Tandoori Mustard Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken fillets
- 4 sweet potato
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tbsp. Emile Noël tandoori mustard
PREPARATION
– Cook the chicken in pan until it starts to become golden.
– To prepare the sauce, add mustard and cream in the pan with the chicken and cook.
– Then add the honey.
– Then roast the sweet potato in the in the oven.
– Serve everything in a plate.
