-Délayer le lait tiède et la levure. -Ajouter la farine. -Bien mélanger et ajouter en mélangeant la moutarde et la purée d’amandes et votre assaisonnement. -Laisser reposer 1h. -Ajouter les pousses d’épinards et les tomates séchées coupées en morceaux. -Mettre votre gaufrier à chauffer et disposer votre pâte. -Laisser bien chauffer mais pas trop au risque de trop durcir vos gaufres. -Déguster !
