Directions for use

Use Equilhuil only cold to preserve the integrity of the omega-3s. Ideal for seasoning salads, raw vegetables, steamed vegetables, grains, or legumes. Also add it to your sauces, spreads, or savory yogurts. One to two tablespoons a day is enough to enjoy its nutritional benefits.
