Directions for use

Use shallot-flavored wine vinegar in salad dressings or as a marinade to enhance meat and fish. For a successful vinaigrette, combine 3 tablespoons of Emile Noël extra virgin olive oil with 1 tablespoon of organic shallot-flavored wine vinegar, one finely chopped shallot, one teaspoon of wholegrain mustard, salt, and pepper.
